With the inspiration for our designs drawn from many sources, be it the pacific region where we live, or from our own rich archive built up over many years, our passion lies in reinterpreting and producing designs for today’s living. By understanding the rich history of textile design and production, Cloth & Print Co has found its place in the design world of today. Creating for the present but never forgetting the past

Sustainability
Cloth & Print Co is founded on a respect for both craftsmanship and the environment.
When we design and develop our textiles we have sustainability in mind as our guiding principle. Out textiles are created with longevity in mind, partly because we want to limit the resources used, but also because we want to offer designs that don’t confirm to short term, disposable seasonal trends. We proudly hand screen print all of our fabrics here in Australia.
With ecologically sound production as the cornerstone of our business, we only work with artisans and suppliers who meet our high demands in terms of quality and sustainability. There are no environmentally damaging substances in our textiles and we only use water based, solvent free inks. All of our base cloths are produced in a carbon neutral mill and are compliant with the ‘Oeko-Tex 100 standard’, the best-known and most common quality certificate for independently tested textiles found to be free of harmful substances.
